Valbo Shopping Center is located along the E16 between Gävle and Sandviken. If you're coming by car from the E4, take the exit onto the E16 toward Sandviken and follow the signs.
If you prefer to take the bus, it stops right near us and runs very frequently.

In our parking lot facing the E16, there are 6 charging stations where you can charge your car during your visit. You’ll find 2 in front of our entrances facing the E16 and 4 near IKEA.
Once the renovation of our new entrance is complete, we’ll increase the number of charging stations. You’ll also find charging stations next to OKQ8 and McDonald’s.
Yes, dogs are welcome inside our shopping center! You’re welcome to bring your dog with you while you shop, take a walk, or enjoy a coffee—but please keep in mind that each store and restaurant has its own policy regarding dogs indoors.

To ensure the safety of our customers and tenants, cameras are installed in the common customer areas. The recorded footage is handled in accordance with applicable laws, as described below. Signs informing visitors that camera surveillance is in use are posted at the entrances to the center.
Legal Basis and Purpose
The legal basis Valbo Köpcentrum uses for camera surveillance is a balancing of interests. This means that a balancing of interests is conducted between Valbo Köpcentrum’s interest in conducting camera surveillance and the individual’s interest in the protection of personal privacy. Valbo Köpcentrum uses cameras in certain locations to prevent and deter crimes, disturbances, vandalism, or similar incidents, as well as to support legal claims. Valbo Köpcentrum’s interest in conducting video surveillance is weighed against the individual’s interest in not being filmed.
Storage and Disclosure
The material is stored for one week before being deleted. In exceptional cases, material may be retained for a longer period, for example, if it is needed to investigate a crime.
Only a limited group of people has access to the material, and it may be disclosed to crime prevention authorities such as the Police Authority, a municipality, or another government agency.
Customer Rights
As a general rule, you have the right to request confirmation of whether you appear in any video footage and to request access to the recorded material in which you appear. As the data controller, Valbo Köpcentrum must take into account the privacy of others, and as a result, exceptions to this right may apply. You also have the right to request correction or deletion, as well as the right to object to the video surveillance.

We have a total of 25 restrooms on our premises, and they’re all free to use!
The restrooms are located in three different areas of the mall: next to the main entrance, in the central aisle between the restaurants, and in the hallway by Guldfynd/Lindex.
We have 7 women’s restrooms, 7 men’s restrooms, 3 accessible restrooms, one family restroom, 6 unisex restrooms, and an additional restroom in our family room.
There is a defibrillator in the center of the mall, in the passageway between the restaurants Köket and Eat, near the restrooms.
There is also one in the entrance to Systembolaget.
Guide dogs are always welcome, regardless of signage or store policy, as long as it is clear that the dog is on duty.
We have two ATMs on our premises. One Kontanten ATM in the entrance area at Stora Coop and one Bankomat ATM at the new carousel entrance on the right (this one also has a deposit function).
You'll find the kiosk in the aisle between Lindex and Guldfynd. Here, you can have your photo taken for driver's license renewals, ID cards, and more. The photo session is user-friendly, high-quality, and takes about 3 minutes. You can easily pay by card.
Yes, you can withdraw euros (EUR) from our Kontanten ATM at the Stora Coop entrance.
